Add or manage a device on your account

Please note: The images provided in this step by step instruction are for reference only. There may be slight differences in the wording or placement of the images shown here and the ones that are on your property's customer portal.

Make sure you are connected to the BlueRim network in your building. Then open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.).

Go to your property's customer portal (http://bluerimportal.net) and sign into your account using your username and password.

If the device with which you logged in is the one you want to add then that’s it! Logging in will have registered your device with your account. If you need to add a different device, please continue.

 

After logging in you should see the screen shown below, click on the “Devices” tab.

Under the “add device” section type the MAC address of the device you want to add into the space and click “add”.

Congratulations! Your device has now been added to your account.

 

DMZ Device Configuration (purchase only):

After adding your device, a list will populate with MAC address, Hostname, Device name and an option to choose ‘DMZ.’ If you have purchased a plan with a public IP or BiNAT, you may choose a device to associate that DMZ with to enable that feature. Be aware only one device can be given the DMZ option at a time.
