Change Password or Account Information

Make sure you are connected to the BlueRim network in your building. Then open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc.).

Go to your property's customer portal ( and sign into your account using your username and password.


Be sure to read and accept the terms and conditions by checking the adjacent box.


Click on the "Profile" tab.



On this page you can change or update any of your information.


Including changing your password.


Click “Update” when finished to change your information or password.


Congratulations! You have successfully updated your account.
