To connect to our network, you will not need to purchase or rent a modem. We offer wired Ethernet and wireless networks. Depending on how your community is set up, you will select the preexisting WiFi name and set up your account to get connected.
If your community has wired connections, you can use a wireless router to connect to the wired port. You will need to make sure you are using a router and not a modem or a modem/router combo, these will not work on our network. We do not offer official support for the use of routers at our properties with managed WiFi networks.
