- Click Start and open the control panel
- Open the network and sharing center:
- If viewing by category, click "View network status and tasks"
- If viewing by small or large icons, click "Network and Sharing Center"
- On the left side of the window, click "Change Adapter Settings"
- Right click the adapter you are using to connect to the internet (Ethernet or wireless) and select Status
- In the new window that pops up, click the "Details..." button
- Your adapter's MAC address will be listed as your devices physical address
