Reset Your Forgotten Password

Connect  to the Blue Rim network in your apartment. Once you are connected, open a Web Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).

Go to your resident portal (

On the login page, click the Forgot Password? link below the sign-in fields.

You will receive an email to change your password. 


Enter the username you use to log in to your BlueRim account.


Answer the secret question you created when you set up your account.


Enter a new password and confirm that password.

Click Submit. You may now use the new password to log in to your account.
