Add or change credit card or billing address information

Please note: The images provided in this step by step instruction are for reference only. There may be slight differences in the wording or placement of the images shown here and the ones that are on your property's customer portal.

Make sure you are connected to the Blue Rim WiFi network in your building. Then open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).

Go to your property's customer portal ( and sign into your account using your username and password.


Be sure to read and accept the terms and conditions by checking the adjacent box.


Click on “Billing.”



Click "Edit Payment Method."



Enter the information for the credit card / billing address you would like to use for your account.

  • Remember to use the billing information that your credit card company would associate with the card you are using. This may or may not be the same as your current mailing address.
  • If you have previously entered a credit card and are changing it, the information from the old card will be displayed here. To add a new card simply clear the fields of the old card’s information and input the new card’s information. The information from the old card will be overwritten when you click “update.”

Click “update".



You will now see a message above the Blue Rim logo that reads “your payment method was updated successfully.”


Congratulations! You have updated your payment information.
