Android Devices

To find the MAC address of your Android Device to add to your account:

Android devices vary by manufacturer (Samsung, LG, etc.). Attempt to follow one set of instructions below:

Android Phones:

1. On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and select Settings, then go to General:
2. Tap About Phone
   
3. Tap Hardware Info
   
4. Scroll down to view the WiFi MAC Address

1. On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and select Settings
2. Tap About Phone
3. Tap Hardware Information
4. Scroll to view the WiFi MAC Address

-or-

1. On the Home screen, press the Menu key and select Settings
2. Select Wireless and Network
3. Select WiFi Settings. You will find the MAC address under the Advanced section

-or-

1. From the standby screen, tap Apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select About device
4. Select Status.  
5. Scroll down to WiFi MAC address.

Android Tablets:

1. On the Home screen, tap the Menu key and go to Settings
2. Scroll down and tap About Tablet
3. Tap Status and then scroll down to view WiFi MAC Address
