To sign into your account to manage billing information, devices, view/change plans or cancel plans please do the following:
- Make sure you are connected to the Blue Rim network (the redirection address will not work unless you are connected to the Blue Rim network in your community.
- Open a web browser and go to http://bluerimportal.net
This will take you to your communities customer portal (shown below). If you are unable to reach your customer portal, please contact support for your portal's web address.
