How to Connect to the Customer Portal

The resident portal is where you manage billing information, add or remove devices, view/change plans or cancel plans. To sign in you will do the following:

  • Make sure you are connected to the Blue Rim network (the redirection address will not work unless you are connected to the Blue Rim network at your community. This means either connecting a computer/router to the wired port in your unit, or by connecting to the Blue Rim WiFi at your apartment. Note that some apartments have only one or the other, but some have both. To verify what connections are available to you, please contact your property manager.
  • Open a web browser and go to

This will take you to your community's resident portal (shown below). If you are not redirected to your resident portal, please contact our resident support for your portal's web address.
