How to Connect to the Customer Portal

To sign into your account to manage billing information, devices, view/change plans or cancel plans please do the following:

  • Make sure you are connected to the Blue Rim network (the redirection address will not work unless you are connected to the Blue Rim network in your community. This means either connecting a computer/router to the wired port in your unit, or by connecting to the shared WiFi at your apartment. Note that some apartments have only one or the other, but some have both. To verify what connections are available to you, please contact your property manager.
  • Open a web browser and go to

This will take you to your communities customer portal (shown below). If you are unable to reach your customer portal, please contact support for your portal's web address.
